After logging into your Xero account:
Click your organisation name at the top left
Select Settings

Click on Users under Organisation settings

Select the Invite a user button in the top-right corner

Under Business and accounting, make sure you:
✅ Tick Advisor
✅ Enable access to bank accounts
✅ Tick VAT filing with HMRC
✅ Enable files, reports, and settings
Note: If your Xero doesn’t have “Projects” or “Expenses”, you can skip those.
