QuickBooks Online is different from QuickBooks Desktop in a number of ways. For example, you will need to install QuickBooks Desktop to your computer and use it in your office, whereas QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based program that is accessible via a browser and internet connection anytime and anywhere. In addition to this, QuickBooks Online can integrate with other online applications via the QuickBooks Marketplace that gives it additional functionality to perform other business processes.
