Records of disposals of shares, property, cryptoassets, or other investments.
State pension, private pensions, lump sum withdrawals, and details of any state benefits.
Evidence of pension contributions, Gift Aid donations, and investment relief certificates (EIS, SEIS, VCT).
Trust or estate income, freelance or consultancy work, or other irregular sources.
Number of days in and out of the UK, overseas income, pensions, property, and bank accounts.
You must provide details of all income and gains worldwide, not just UK sources—even if the income was not brought into the UK.
Copies of last year’s return (if not already provided), HMRC correspondence, and details of tax already paid.
